This was my first experience visiting a med spa, and Flawless Faces exceeded all expectations. The spa itself is beautiful, welcoming, and clearly under exceptional management. As a Chandler local, I was thrilled to find a place that truly prioritizes professionalism and high standards. I received both Botox and filler treatments, and Ali was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining each step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. The entire staff was warm and attentive, making the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. I was so impressed with the service and atmosphere that I scheduled my next appointment before leaving. I had Botox to my forehead and couple blood vessels around my eye with a plasma pen treated. I was not expecting how great everything has came out. Plus added benefits I was not anticipating. The before and after is now about one month since I had treatments. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but this has came pretty close. I would recommend going into flawless faces and just doing a consult at the very least. See what they offer. The staff and owner are all wonderful, honest and knowledgeable. I am happy to share these images as the results speak volumes. I think I got a miracle from the angels there! Thanks again ladies! I recently had a facial here (because self care is the best care!) The facility is located right by ocotillo community which makes it a great place for me. There's plenty of free parking. The facility is much bigger than I expected. The staff there is wonderful and makes great use of the with laser hair removal rooms, consultation rooms and fillers room. I was warmly greeted and checked in by the staff up front and offered water while I waited. Dani took me to the room and gave a thorough explanation of what she was doing and what to expect in each step. She was very professional and great at what she does - as at one point as she explained the next step - she was so good as what she does i ended up dozing off to sleep! When i woke up my face and whole self felt amazing and refreshed and clean! ~ Tremblay J

Earlier this year, I received dermal filler treatments as well as laser hair removal at this clinic. Ali and Dani thoroughly reviewed my medical history, explained each procedure, discussed expected outcomes, and helped determine which treatments were most appropriate for my individual needs. Both procedures were effective, though results can vary depending on factors such as skin type, treatment area, and prior cosmetic treatments. The staff maintained a professional, informative, and patient-focused approach throughout, including detailed aftercare instructions. Had a wonderful time at the spa! I was recommended by a coworker to see Flawless Faces Med Spa Chandler due to signs of aging (wrinkles) and my unhappiness with many of the Botox providers I have seen in the past. Most of the Botox & lip filler injectors I have seen in Phoenix were only concerned with the volume of procedures that I needed (or did not need) and trying to sell me everything from the sun down. I was pretty nervous to try another med spa near me, but once I arrived at their office and met her for the first time, I was already at ease. She was very professional, calm, well spoken and knowledgeable. I got Botox and some fillers and I can honestly say that he did an amazing job and I noticed results within the week. This place is the best! The entire staff is highly qualified and super friendly and they offer a ton of services, from Botox and filler to skincare and laser! Ali did a fantastic job for both my mom and I and made the experience as pain free as possible. She’s super knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made great conversation the whole time. Rissa at the front was also amazing, she was super kind and helped us get set up on the app for the best deals, and she even checked in during the sessions to make sure everything was good! I have been a client of Flawless Faces MedSpa for the past 4 years and I can only say that Alli and her staff of experienced estheticians are a great asset to Chandler and the surrounding communities. It’s a fun place the minute you walk in the door, funky, happy, colorful, makes you feel good. Excellent and sterile care is afforded to each client; love my results. Update 11/10/25 I had my very first Flawless Favorite facial with Dani, and it was an hour of soothing and relaxing facial and dermaplane Treatment. My skin feels wonderful and looks so good. She is so great and I’ve already booked my next facial! Update 1/13/26: my second facial with Dani and dermaplane treatment. Another hour of total relaxation and bliss. I read so many great reviews about Flawless Faces chandler that I had to try it out for myself. It was my first time getting botox and Ali was so warm and welcoming! She took her time to answer my many questions and explained everything that would happen from the time of the injection to the results I would see afterwards. She made me feel comfortable and eased a lot of my anxiety. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to every girlfriend I know that wants botox done!! The medspa was very clean and had a great vibe and wasnt far from my home in Gilbert. I will definitely be going back to flawless faces chandler for all my skin needs in the future. Ali is absolutely positively amazing and contagiously fun! I felt super comfortable, and at ease in her hands. I am new to the botox world and she was attentive and talked me through each step, eased my fears and helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for. I just wanted to look youthful and well rested and 1 day out from my appointment and I am loving my results, I love my unfiltered photo of myself. Oh my God you guys I have found the best hidden gem of Ocotillo in Chandler, AZ it’s called Flawless Faces and I just got my Lips done and it’s amazing this Medical spa has got to be one of the best hidden Gems that Chandler has to offer I’ve been with Ali for years I followed her from several places and now that she has her own Medical spa this is the place to be the prices are amazing for the job that she does any other place I would be spending close to double the price for Botox and Lip Fillers. I’m telling you do you want a great deal from amazing Injectors. Ally is extremely friendly, and educated. She takes passion and pride in her work. During your consultation Ally carefully educates you on the services that you are wanting to receive and does not recommend anything that would damage your appearance. She is very upfront with the pros and cons of receiving a treatment that your face does not need which I appreciated so much! That is the main reason I was so careful with choosing who I went to for Botox. Since the consult I have scheduled my initial Botox treatment and the follow up, each time I have been received with kindness and great treatment. I recently moved to Gilbert from NYC, and I was definitely skeptical about finding a new injector who understands male aesthetics. I’ve had work done in the city for years, so I have high expectations. I saw Ali Garzuzi, RN at Flawless Faces Medspa, for Botox and lip filler, and the experience was top-tier. Ali really knows how to treat a male face—she kept everything looking sharp and natural without making me look 'plastic' or frozen. It’s been exactly one week since my appointment, and the Botox has fully kicked in. My forehead wrinkles are literally gone, but I still have natural expression. Love Megan Routt. She has been taking care of my face since 2018 and making sure I stay looking young and flawless. Shes an expert injector, aesthetician, RN and happy to call her one of my good friends as well. She will never do anything to your face she doesn’t feel will have a good outcome or make you crazy looking 🤪 She wants what’s best for you and your face and what will keep you ageless but natural. She is knowledgeable in products and what she does! She’s your girl for whatever it is you’re looking for and your face will look 100% natural! I’m very thinly framed and my face had under eye hollows and cheek hollows and I just wanted my natural collagen back. This was after i had her do sculptra on me for natural building collagen in my face. I’m also 38. And my face would suggest I’m younger than that by many who ask if I’m in my 20s. I am new to the area, I moved here last year from Colorado. I have been trying different med spas in the area, and was not really happy at any of them. I got a recommendation from someone to go see Ali at Flawless Faces. I have been doing fillers and facials for 15 years, Ali is hands-down the best injector I have ever come across. She lifted my cheeks, & tightened my jawline- all with Juvederm and the results are amazing. She is very thorough and easy to talk to, she schedules a follow up with you to check your progress, and her work is incredible. If you are looking for a med spa to do your injections and facials, you should come here. Elizabeth did my facial and she was great also. I am planning on seeing her once a month for regular facials. What an amazing visit I had last Saturday, beyond recommended!!! How to start ,first off before anything they have an amazing receptionist she helps you with any question with a friendly attitude , she makes you feel in home makes sure you are all informed about pricing and procedures ,which I highly appreciate. Secondly the staff is amazing ,the Injector took the time and she was very cautious with lip fillers , she took the time to explain every question I had , and even recommend me a Plastic surgeon. Absolutely amazing! I found Ali on google and had great reviews and they definitely were not lying, super bubbly, sweet and welcoming! This was my first time getting any lip injections and she walked me thru everything, even followed up with me the next day(today). Also my lips didn’t even swell the following day! Great work! Update: 2/28/22 I went for my second set of lip filler! I’m addicted, Ali was amazing as always. She doesn’t care about the money, she’s all for enhancing our beauty. Flawless Faces is the best and I can't believe I went anywhere before discovering this place. I found them when looking for a new Med Spa (last one was meh) via Google... When I saw their reviews, I went in for consult and have never looked back. I've had Botox, Kybella, Diamond Glow Facial, and eyebrow waxing so far.... and plan to add to that list soon! Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, and you can tell they know what they are doing. I've seen ALI (owner/greatest person ever), Mackenzie aka KENZIE, and DEVN and they are all truly great at their jobs and great people to be around. Corina is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about all injectables and I learn something new every time I see her. Corina thoroughly explains everything as she goes along which makes you feel very comfortable and safe. I went to her for a couple of Sculptra consults before deciding to move forward and each time she patiently answered endless questions. I was very nervous the day of my Sculptra treatment because I had no idea what to expect. Corina gently guided me through every moment with care, and the follow up has been outstanding. I had my first Botox experience at flawless faces this morning. The office is decorated beautifully and the lady who checked me in was great. Ali was my injector and she was professional, sweet and very gentle. I felt she listened to exactly what I wanted. She took the time to explain her treatment plan and I felt very comfortable the entire time. The front desk girl checked me out and was equally great. She was kind, gave me lots of information and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. Ali was amazing! As soon as I walked in the door she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel so comfortable. Ali explained everything and talked about appropriate dosing for the areas I was looking at injecting. I’m so pleased with the whole experience. I am blown away by my results. Had the BEST experience at Flawless Faces. Crystel, Ali and Dani are the coolest and nicest people I’ve ever met. Made me feel so comfortable the second I walked into the door. Crystel and Dani spent so much time educating me on their products and what would be best for any concerns I have with my skin. Ali took SO much time going over my concerns with my lips. She mapped out my lips and had a thorough consultation on where she would be putting the filler. They numbed me so well, I could hardly feel anything but a few little pinches (if you’ve had your lips done before, you know that it can hurt). My lips look incredible after getting filler and a lip flip!!! They gave me the cutest aftercare bag with instructions, a treat and koozie! It’s super clean and super cute inside, doesn’t feel like a doctors office at all which made me so comfortable. Overall, amazing experience and will be coming back forever! ~ Stanze E

We just moved to Arizona and Flawless Faces became my new medspa. I love all the girls here. Everyone is so friendly and the vibes are so great. I’ve gotten Filler and Botox here and came home with incredible results, they were even able to fix mistakes from previous work i’ve had done from other places out of state. We just recently decided to dissolve and maybe later start over on my lip filler, (hurts like HECK btw) and Ali was soooo great! Whether you're local to Chandler or just passing through, I totally recommend flawless faces med spa in Arizona. I really had an incredible experience here. This med spa itself is beautiful, calm, and the staff have the best energy. Ive had treatments with Allie and she gave me some skin treatments and Botox. She is a super knowledgeable RN. She spends a lot of time learning and improving her course through classes with some of the top injectors in the country. It shows in her injectables and always gives me tailored advice for my personal skin type. if you want to feel pampered and really cared about, this is the place. ~ Kieran K

DANI did an AMAZING job. I had the Diamonglow Facial. Honestly, the BEST facial I have ever experienced. She’s thorough and a perfectionist when it comes to the application. I bought a package which included products, plus 3 more Diamondglow facials. It’s not cheap but Definitely worth it. The product, TNS (an incredible serum)is pricy if you get it somewhere else on its own, but this is included in the package with a complete skin care regimen. I’ve really needed this.
